Sunday Morning Worship Assistants
Greeters/Ushers - Distribute the bulletins, and collect the offering.
Readers - These volunteers read the lessons for the day. If you are comfortable being in front of people, this might be a wonderful opportunity for you.
Communion Setup ~ Prepare the communion trays and the altar for the service. This is usually done just prior to the beginning of the worship service. Following the service you would remove the items from the alter and clean them.
Communion Server - This person assists the pastor, he or she will follow the pastor and distribute the wine.
Acolyte - Our older Sunday School Children usually fulfill the duties of the acolyte. They light the candles and assist with the communion and the offering.
Coffee Host - Help with fellowship after the service.
Immanuel Lutheran Annual Fall Supper
Every year on the first Saturday in November, the members of the congregation put on a Thanksgiving feast.
This feast includes turkey and roast beef, with all the fixings, and multiple desserts.
Help is always needed for both setting up and cleaning up. If you enjoy making salads or desserts, we definitely need your help!
Please contact the church if you have questions, or if you would like to volunteer.

Women's Stitching Time
If you enjoy sewing and/or quilting this might be something that you would enjoy.
Our ladies meet on Mondays, at 1:00 p.m. to stitch, tie the quilts, figure out the design of the next quilt top, and of course to socialize.
Quilts are presented to children when they are baptized, and our High School Seniors choose one when they graduate.
Other quilts are given to people in need, both locally and outside our area.
Please contact the church if you are interested or have questions.
